Hours: Full-time or part-time flexible agency shifts (Morning shifts: 06:30 – 08:30; Twilight shifts: 15:00 – 22:00; Weekends & non-term days: 08:00 – 20:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert one-to-one support including complex care interventions such as epilepsy management and seizure protocols.

• Personal Care & Medication: Assist the client with daily personal care routines and safe medication administration.

• Safe Handling & Compliance: Carry out safe manual handling procedures while maintaining strict compliance with safeguarding protocols and company policies.

• Empowering Independence: Help the client live well at home, ensuring all clinical and developmental needs are met with dignity and respect.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:

• Previous practical experience involving personal care and supporting individuals with complex needs.

• A compassionate, reliable, and patient nature, with confidence working in home-care settings.

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role).

• A driving license is helpful for travel flexibility, though not strictly essential.
