As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll stay cool, calm, and collected while getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a massive part in creating a high-performing workplace. You will also enjoy great responsibility by taking full ownership of the store and leading by example during the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Set a spectacular example for both the store team and customers.
Independently manage store operations when the Store Manager is away.
Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Company Values.
Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and track KPIs.
Deliver stellar customer service and assist with all customer queries.
Comply completely with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.

What You’ll Receive
