Position: Loader / Commercial Waste Operative
Location: SUEZ Avonmouth, Merebank Road, BS11 8AQ
Salary/Rate: £30,078.35 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 04:15 AM – 14:00 PM)

About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a dedicated Loader for their team in Avonmouth. This permanent, full-time role focuses on collecting industrial and commercial waste on behalf of customers, offering a competitive salary, early morning shift patterns, and great opportunities for professional growth in a greener UK.
Key Responsibilities
Collection & Loading: Safely load collection vehicles and handle industrial and commercial waste materials efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your crew to complete daily routes to a high standard, delivering excellent customer service to businesses.
Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures while working with waste collection vehicles.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (04:15 AM – 14:00 PM), with an expectation to work Bank Holidays (backed by overtime at 2x plus a day in lieu).

What We Are Looking For
Physical Fitness & Reliability: Physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
Licence: A driving licence is preferred to support future mobility and career progression.
Background: Experience working in the waste industry or with waste vehicles is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
