Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour (Mon–Fri) / £17.30 per hour (Weekends)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Marden Court, nestled close to the historic Wiltshire town of Calne. Marden Court provides devoted, compassionate residential and respite care for 28 residents in a warm and welcoming community.
Are you an experienced carer looking to progress your career into night-time leadership? As a Permanent Night Care Leader (36.5 hours per week), you will lead a small team of carers to ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of our residents through the night. Your professionalism, compassion, and eye for detail will maintain accurate care records, review care plans, and provide reassuring, high-quality care when it matters most.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or holding Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3), backed by previous experience leading a care team.
Leadership & Attitude: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a supportive nature, and the drive to motivate others and take on greater responsibility.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent full-time night contract in a nurturing and rewarding environment.
