As a General Assistant at Spen Court Care Home, you will carry out a wide variety of hands-on tasks across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. By ensuring our home is warm, clean, and welcoming, you will play a vital role in building positive professional relationships and making residents' experiences happy and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Tasking Support: Undertake diverse responsibilities spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering support.
Homely Environment: Help maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant atmosphere that supports the comfort and wellbeing of residents.
Resident Engagement: Put residents first, building warm, positive professional relationships through everyday interactions during daytime shifts.
