Exemplar Health Care is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager at Wykewood in Wyke, Bradford, a home for adults with complex, high-acuity needs. You would lead the nurses, nursing associates and care assistants on your unit, oversee clinical care, risk, care plans and medicines, and be named nurse for some residents.

Pay and hours: £23.10 per hour. Permanent, full time, 42 hours per week, days and nights. No closing date shown.

• First-level nursing registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

• Management or supervisory experience, training or qualifications after registration

• Able to lead and motivate a mixed clinical team

• Strong clinical skills and good digital skills

• Flexible to work days and nights
