Hours: Full-time/Flexible agency placement (Waking Nights: 20:00 – 07:30, with additional local shifts available)

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Assistant to support a young boy living safely and happily in his family home in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-to-one care ensuring the young client's complex clinical and daily needs are met safely at home.

• Deliver specialized care including seizure management, ventilation support, medication administration, and manual handling.

• Interact, play with, and engage the client to support their happiness, wellbeing, and daily development.

• Follow individualized care plans closely, as advised by clinical nurse managers, communicating clearly and prioritizing client safety at all times.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:

• Previous practical experience involving personal care and supporting individuals with health or support needs.

• A compassionate, reliable, and patient nature, with confidence working in home-care settings.

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this placement).

• A driving license is helpful for travel flexibility, though not strictly essential.
