Key Responsibilities

• Apply professional clinical judgment to assess dynamic resident health needs and maintain regulatory compliance with MCA, DoLS, and pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Lead and collaborate with the broader care team to nurture a compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care environment.

Requirements

• Valid, active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN registration as an RGN.

• Proven experience in care planning, risk assessments, and sound knowledge of regulatory clinical frameworks.

• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and person-centered nursing skills.
