About the Role

Are you looking for an active, hands-on role where you are critical to the daily operation? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Warehouse Operative - Days for their Northwich site.

In this role, you will be fully supported and trained to handle a variety of warehouse tasks. From receiving stock, picking products, replenishing, and putting away goods, to operating a forklift truck (FLT) and loading stock for despatch, you will ensure our products are handled safely and arrive at stores in pristine condition for our customers. (Note: Own transport is advantageous due to shift times and site location.)

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Carry out tasks such as bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing, and putting away goods efficiently.

• FLT Operation & Despatch: Drive forklift trucks and load stock safely for despatch to stores.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a sharp focus on food standards, health, and safety policies every single day to protect product quality.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly across rotas that include weekend working as part of a busy logistics network.

About You

• Active & Hands-On: Enjoy working in a physical, fast-paced environment with a good level of fitness.

• Adaptable: Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, which may occasionally be noisy or dusty.

• Detail-Oriented: Take genuine pride in completing tasks accurately and to the best of your ability.

• Experience (Desirable): Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with an understanding of relevant processes, systems, and equipment.

Note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age, and certain roles may carry age restrictions due to health and safety requirements.
