This is an excellent leadership opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while leading a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operation of the care home, ensuring exceptional standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee budgets, business performance, and team development while promoting a positive and supportive working culture.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge with an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.

• Proven leadership experience within a regulated health or social care environment.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and strategic management skills.
