About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit a proactive and people-focused Online Team Leader in Exeter.

In this vital leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our in-store Online team. Whether you are a natural leader or an experienced customer assistant ready to take the next step in your career, you will lead the department to ensure all customer orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered seamlessly, on time, and with minimal substitutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Culture: Build an engaging, supportive, and performance-driven department where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do, recognizing achievements and encouraging idea-sharing.
Operational & Order Management: Ensure all customer orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered within required timescales with maximum accuracy and minimal substitutions.
Data & Process Analysis: Analyze department data to identify opportunities to speed up and simplify processes while proactively managing risks and solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed.
