As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents lead happy and fulfilled lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and engaging activities, while also helping with light household duties to keep living spaces clean and cozy.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Ideally holding (or willing to work towards) a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a proven track record or strong commitment to elderly care.
Personality & Attitude: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with others, and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
Flexibility: Looking for bank work that offers complete schedule control and freedom to choose your shifts.
