Contract Type: Full-Time, 48 hours per week (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join the family at Latham Lodge, a 40-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Waterlooville.

In this vital role, you will provide person-centred care through the night hours, ensuring our residents feel safe, valued, and respected while protecting their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalised night-time care and assistance to residents.

• Build reassuring, meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of safety and care throughout the night.

• Put residents first in everything you do, fostering a nurturing and secure environment.
