Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively to keep shifts moving smoothly.
Manage store operations and colleagues during the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and overall stock management.
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.
Proven experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
