Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team while upholding Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.

• Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively to keep shifts moving smoothly.

• Manage store operations and colleagues during the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and overall stock management.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.

What You’ll Receive
