Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Despatch Operator to join the logistics crew in Elton. In this role, you will be responsible for loading outbound customer loads and handling tipping for inbound deliveries and transfers.

Key Requirements:

• Essential: Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence.

• Proven experience with Double Handling Attachments.

• Previous experience moving glass and liquids.

• Flexibility in your approach to work and shift patterns.

• Strong team player capabilities combined with the ability to work independently on your own initiative.

Shift Pattern & Remuneration

• Salary: £43,893.24 per year.

• Rotation Schedule: 3-week rotation of 12-hour shifts (including days and nights):

  • Week 1: 2 days, 2 nights — 5 days off

  • Week 2: 2 days, 3 nights — 4 days off

  • Week 3: 3 days, 2 nights — 5 days off
