About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant for Winchester Heights Care Home in Winchester.
In this vital care role, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure seamless continuity of comfort, safety, and support for our residents every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect are maintained at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection), escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Act courteously toward residents and visitors, always respecting the individuality and dignity of every person.
Practice safe systems of work across a wide range of care duties.
