As a Night Shift Customer Assistant, you’ll work together as a dedicated retail team to ensure high standards are maintained night after night. This isn’t just stacking shelves. This is feeding families. You will take responsibility for the cleanliness of the store and make sure it is fully stocked, reaping the rewards of putting a solid shift in so the store is perfectly ready before the doors even open to the public.

What You’ll Do:

Unpack Deliveries: Precisely unpack deliveries through the night during both the week and weekends.
Maintain Access: Make sure all access areas are completely clear for incoming delivery drivers.
Keep Standards High: Keep the store spick and span—both out on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
Set Up Promotions: Help organize specific areas of the store for upcoming promotions and special offers.
Quality Control: Independently carry out regular freshness checks and ensure stock is fully rotated.

What You’ll Need

While we provide high-quality retail training, we are looking for individuals who bring the right mindset:

Knowledge or experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail even when working quickly.
The ability to react positively to changing priorities through the night.
Self-motivation to work hard and execute tasks to the best of your ability.
Ideally, previous experience working night shifts.
