As a Bank Activities Assistant at Lawton Rise Care Home, you will provide vital cover—such as for annual leave or sick leave—while creating a stimulating, fun, and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities
Activities Programming: Plan, organise, and deliver fun, imaginative, and motivational activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
Resident Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and encourage participation.
Community Connection: Foster an inspiring environment both within the home and out in the local community.
Flexibility: Work varied bank hours on a casual, part-time basis to provide cover as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Personality: Warm, empathetic, personable, and bursting with infectious enthusiasm.
Skills: Excellent organisational skills, a proactive "can-do" mindset, and a creative approach.
Experience: Similar experience is wonderful to have, but not essential—full training and professional development will be provided!
