About the Role
As a Team Leader at Asda Newtownards, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department during afternoon shifts. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping processes running smoothly, managing stock, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's supporting new starters or solving a problem on the shop floor, you will keep your team motivated, focused, and delivering high standards.
