As a Maintenance (Day) team member, you will take primary responsibility for essential health and safety checks, environment checks, and routine equipment inspections. You will interact comfortably with residents—including those living with dementia—while performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and scheduled checks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine health and safety checks across the building, grounds, equipment, and resident rooms.
Manage, prioritize, and execute general maintenance tasks, repairs, and facility upkeep efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with safety standards while maintaining a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements
A relevant maintenance qualification (or willingness to work towards one) with empathy for older adults and individuals living with dementia.
Excellent task prioritization, time management skills, and a clean UK driving license.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Timperley, UK (role includes some weekend work).
