About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Kingfisher Lodge Care Centre, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver the exceptional care they deserve. Working on a flexible, casual basis, your key responsibilities will include:
Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and deliver excellence across everything you do.
Developing tailored care plans, conducting detailed risk assessments, and administering medication safely.
Enjoying clinical autonomy to do things the right way while being truly valued and respected.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate nursing professional committed to person-centred care. To join us, you will need:
Current NMC registration (RGN).
Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A thoughtful, person-centred approach to nursing.
