Are you a dynamic activities and wellbeing professional looking for an influential regional leadership role? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced Divisional Activities Lead to drive life enrichment and outstanding regulatory results across the Central Division.
In this key position, you will mentor activity coordinator staff, spearhead whole-home engagement strategies, and ensure that every location adheres to Barchester's core Care and Life Enrichment Framework.
Pay Rate: Up to £43,775 per annum + Car Allowance
Hours: 40.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shifts: Days (Includes regular regional travel and overnight stays)
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and flexibility for nationwide/regional travel

Provide ongoing operational and motivational support to activities staff across the division.
Drive targeted action plans for homes requiring additional support through regular weekly visits.
Host quarterly face-to-face collaborative meetings with Activity Coordinators to share best practices and fresh ideas.
Forge strong community partnerships and local organizations to enhance resident life enrichment.
Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of activities teams.
Analyze divisional and corporate data, assisting staff with digital tools and reporting metrics.
Collaborate closely with marketing, quality and regulation, nursing, dementia, and procurement departments.
GCSE level education in Mathematics and English.
Proven hands-on experience in delivering in-person wellbeing and activities sessions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
A strong track record of delivering results against targets under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-functional team.
A full UK driving licence and essential willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
