Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a secure full-time permanent position with flexible mixed shift rotations? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team at Plas Y Dderwen Care Home.
In this role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve in a safe and supportive environment.
Pay Rate: £21.39 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time contract)
Shifts: Mixed (Days and Nights)
Closing Date: 22 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to ensure top-tier care.
Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a diverse range of physical and mental needs.
Exercise expert professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Develop tailored care plans, conduct detailed risk assessments, and administer medications safely.
Maintain compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration (RGN) with up-to-date knowledge of modern clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professional autonomy.
