Location: Plas Y Dderwen Care Home, Cilddewi Park, Carmarthen SA31 3HP
Hours: 40 hours a week, permanent, mixed days and nights

You will be the home's deputy manager and clinical lead – supporting the General Manager, leading the nurses and making sure residents get safe, high-quality care.
Key requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
Experience managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Some HR experience and good knowledge of care regulations
Strong leadership skills
