We are currently recruiting full-time Customer Assistants for a brand-new, highly anticipated retail store opening on Pinners Brow in Warrington.

In this dynamic environment, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on the tills, you’ll keep moving, help business boom, and never be bored. You’ll work closely with your retail colleagues to build a brand-new store environment from the ground up, keeping it clean, tidy, and organised so every customer receives the great service they deserve.

What You’ll Earn & Receive

• Hourly Rate: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour

• Premium Pay: An additional £2.00/hr for Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts

• Holiday: 30–35 days of annual leave (pro rata)

What You’ll Do

• Act as a store expert, helping new customers with their questions, queries, and requests.

• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive to keep the new shelves fully stocked.

• Passionately provide excellent customer service to establish a great reputation in the community.

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.

• Expertly merchandise and maintain the exciting middle aisles of Non-Food products.

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Flexibility to handle varied shifts, starting early or finishing late.
