Senior Physiotherapist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team in Farnham, UK.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal care to a wide variety of clients across two corporate locations. You will combine exceptional rehabilitation expertise with clinical reasoning to make a positive impact on patient health, supported by continuous professional development and flexible working options.

Role Description

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will treat diverse musculoskeletal conditions ranging from sports injuries to workplace-related issues. Working collaboratively with regional clinical leads and site management, you will maintain high standards of patient care, participate in quality audits, and build strong professional relationships within corporate health environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.

• Maintain full compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards while participating in clinical audits.

• Ensure continuous monitoring and high standards of treatment quality for every patient interaction.

Requirements

• Degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy or equivalent with active HCPC registration.

• Demonstrable postgraduate training, CPD activity, and advanced rehabilitation skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and IT abilities with strong clinical reasoning skills.
