As a Care Assistant at Lawton Rise Care Home, you will help residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every day is different and fulfilling—from assisting with daily living, food, and drink to following care plans and providing dedicated one-to-one companionship and wonderful memories.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily living, follow personalized care plans, and ensure each individual receives dedicated attention and support.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, build warm relationships, and share special moments and memories with residents.
Daily Support: Help with meals, refreshments, and day-to-day activities to promote independence, comfort, and well-being.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted, empathetic nature.
Compassion: Above all, a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care and support. Full training and development will be provided!
