Pay Rate: £17.37 per hour
Hours: 44.00 hours per week

About the Role
As a Night Senior Carer, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents through the night, ensuring top-tier, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team with specialized night-time duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.
Support the clinical team with key responsibilities like medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Champion resident dignity, personal preferences, and a calm, safe night-time environment.
About You
To join us in this permanent senior night role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
Personality: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualised support. (Plus, Barchester offers fantastic career progression pathways into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles!)
