Key Responsibilities
Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, driving sales, improving the commercial offering, and managing costs effectively while delivering a market-leading customer experience.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities from recruitment and induction to ongoing training, coaching, and talent development.
Inclusive Culture: Build an empowering environment where every colleague is motivated to reach their full potential and deliver outstanding service.
Operational Excellence: Rigorously maintain health, safety, compliance, and store standards to ensure an attractive, safe, and efficient shopping environment.
