Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (40-hour contract, 14:00 - 22:30 shift, working any 5 out of 7 days)

Experience: Experienced leadership required

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who loves seeing the direct results of your hard work? We are looking for a consistent, proactive Shift Leader to help run operations at Lidl's Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Severn Beach. In this role, you will lead by example, run smooth afternoon shifts, and coach a brilliant team in a busy warehouse environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead and Manage: Take charge of the 14:00 - 22:30 shift, managing colleague performance, coaching new starters, and keeping team morale high.

• Run Daily Operations: Support your Department Manager with daily personnel tasks, shift handovers, and opening/closing procedures.

• Collaborate: Work closely with other Shift Leaders across the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently.

• Pitch In: Lead from the front by jumping in to help with general warehouse duties like moving stock, picking goods, and handling returns when needed.
