About the Role

Are you proactive, hands-on, and full of initiative? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Assistant (Night Shift) to join our partner's distribution team at the Sawley Distribution Centre.

In this versatile role, you’ll be the backbone of warehouse operations during the night. From managing pallet organization and operating forklift trucks to tackling everyday operational tasks—like clearing spillages, printing price cards, and restocking vending machines—you'll ensure the distribution centre remains clean, safe, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Efficiency: Keep the distribution centre running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.

• Materials & Equipment Handling: Safely organize pallets and operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) / Forklift Trucks.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Take pride in managing day-to-day warehouse duties, handling spillages promptly, and supporting general operational needs.
