Permanent Care Assistant (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Avonbourne Care Centre (Bourne House), Mitre Way, Salisbury, SP4 6GW
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Mon–Fri) / £14.07 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent / Flexible contracted hours (24, 36, or 48 hours per week available)
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 07:15 AM to 19:15 PM (including every other weekend)

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avonbourne Care Centre (Bourne House), located in historic Old Sarum just north of Salisbury. Avonbourne Care Centre provides an elegant, welcoming, and relaxing environment offering compassionate, individualised support ranging from residential care to specialist nursing and dementia needs.
As a Permanent Care Assistant, you will make a real, positive difference every single day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), you will help create a happy, fulfilled life for our residents, sharing laughter and building lasting, meaningful memories as part of our extended family.

Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent contract (choose from 24, 36, or 48 hours per week) working regular day shifts with every other weekend off.
