Location: Unit 5, West Lane, Sittingbourne, ME10 3TT
Salary/Rate: £36,097.29 per annum + potential £200 weekly ADR bonus + overtime and weekend work opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 04:00 AM – 13:45 PM)

About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an enthusiastic HGV Driver for an immediate start within their specialist Hazardous Waste Team in Sittingbourne. Key Responsibilities
Driving & Hazardous Waste Collection: Safely drive and operate vehicles, handling the loading of hazardous waste and collecting industrial and commercial materials from customers.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working effectively both independently and as part of a hard-working team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health, safety, and hazardous material regulations at all times.
Working Pattern & Flexibility: Contracted 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM start), with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, a valid Driver CPC card, and an ADR qualification (preferred, or willingness to train for the right candidate). (Newly qualified drivers are welcome!)
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a responsible, safety-conscious attitude.
Working Style: Comfortable with early starts, hands-on loading responsibilities, and lone working.
