What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users with complex neurological conditions.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to team members while fostering strong collaboration across the wards.
Observe, record, and report all service user changes accurately, maintaining pristine and reliable clinical records.
Work within a busy, dynamic rehabilitation environment that offers an engaging mix of clinical routine and variety.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RGN) with active NMC registration.
High self-motivation, a flexible approach, and strong team-working skills.

The Bridge in Middlesbrough (TS2 1SW) is a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service.
