About the Role
Are you a proactive, creative communicator with a flair for storytelling and multi-channel campaigns? We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Communications Executive to join the dynamic marketing team at TAC Healthcare Group in Aberdeen.
In this varied hybrid role, you will play a key part in driving internal and external communications, creating engaging digital and print content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate internal and external communications, including colleague and client newsletters, plus the Wellbeing Monthly magazine.
Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for email campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
Manage and schedule social media content and support website content updates, blog development, and SEO activity.
Champion the Employee Communication Forum (ECF), coordinating colleague feedback and engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment advertising by listing vacancies, promoting roles on LinkedIn, and liaising with hiring managers.
Create eye-catching marketing materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, and Webflow.
Assist in planning company events, wellbeing campaigns, conferences, tenders, and client-facing proposals.
What We Are Looking For
Previous hands-on experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role.
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a strong eye for detail.
Experience creating multi-channel content across digital and print formats, alongside familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms.
Working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (experience with Webflow or CMS platforms is a distinct advantage).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus skills: Experience working within healthcare or another regulated sector.
