Job Overview

Are you compassionate, warm-hearted, and looking for a meaningful permanent opportunity on night shifts? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team at Awel-Y-Mor Care Centre's newly refurbished complex care unit.

In this role, you will provide specialized care and companionship to residents with advanced needs—such as young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington’s disease—helping them get the most out of life every single day.

• Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour

• Hours: 33.00 hours per week (Permanent)

• Shifts: Nights

• Closing Date: 23 August 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, specialized care and support to residents with complex medical and physical needs.

• Assist residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility, and food and drink support.

• Follow tailored care plans and ensure each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time.

• Provide meaningful companionship, sharing great moments and memories to enrich residents' daily lives.

• Previous experience caring for older people or individuals with complex needs.
