Job Title: Virtual MSK Physiotherapist

Location: Home Based (North), with occasional attendance at Bupa Place (Salford Quays, M50 3SP) or an alternative local Bupa Centre as required

Salary: £43,000 full-time equivalent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time / Flexible (37.5 hours per week base; minimum 22.5 hours per week considered, including 1 weekend in every 4)

About the Role

We are partnering with Bupa to find an experienced and driven Virtual MSK Physiotherapist for a remote-based role operating across a service schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. In this position, you will deliver exceptional remote physiotherapy consultations via video and audio capabilities for Bupa Insurance Members, Occupational Health, and corporate customers, providing fast access to triage, self-management education, and seamless onward referrals.

As a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist through Supportive Bridge, you will have the freedom to develop new lines of care, expand your clinical expertise, and help patients manage musculoskeletal conditions while facilitating appropriate clinical pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent standards of telephone and virtual assessment via video and audio capabilities.

• Provide accurate clinical diagnoses, prescription of self-management techniques, and onward referrals within the service network.

• Monitor and follow up complex and red flag cases, escalating where required and appropriate to the Clinical Lead.

• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice, support, and pathway management to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of UK post-qualification experience.

• Strong clinical background equivalent to a Band 6 or 7 physiotherapist in an MSK setting, alongside a robust history of 1-to-1 clinical delivery.

• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice and a proven ability to maintain clinical competence.

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification, and fully accredited with the HCPC and CSP.

• Excellent clinical application with the ability to respond rapidly, decisively, evaluate, plan, and prioritise workloads within demanding timescales.
