As an Area Manager, you will be a key driver of regional growth, coordinating multiple stores and empowering your Store Managers to lead their teams to success. Your journey begins with a comprehensive, hands-on training program where you will learn the business from the ground up—from stacking shelves alongside Customer Assistants to running a store floor. Once fully immersed, you will take the reins of your territory, optimizing performance, hitting crucial KPIs, and acting as a vital bridge between regional strategy and store-level execution.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee & Optimize: Regularly visit your stores to ensure operations run like clockwork, focus on efficiency, productivity, and full operational compliance.

• Mentor Store Leaders: Partner with your Store Managers to recruit, train, and develop their store teams while continuously driving performance.

• Deliver Results: Empower and inspire your teams to achieve their regional KPIs and uphold impeccable brand standards.

• Foster Collaboration: Create a positive, high-performing environment across all sites aligned with corporate leadership principles and company values.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience managing, motivating, and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding operational results.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex commercial reports, design actionable plans, and measure initiative success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly cascade new concepts, launches, and processes to store teams.

• A proactive, adaptive mindset with the drive to stay ahead in a fast-paced retail landscape.

• A full, valid UK Driving License.
