Role Overview
As a Production Line Team Leader, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of the production line in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement, and coach your team to achieve exceptional output and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead shift operations on a 4-on, 4-off pattern, ensuring production output, quality standards, and safety KPIs are met.
Drive continuous improvement and minimize production downtime through proactive problem-solving.
Lead from the front by coaching, developing, and building accountability across your production team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Essential: Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance.
Hands-on experience working within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
Previous experience leading, supervising, or developing a team in an industrial setting.
Strong operational mindset with a passion for safety, quality, and high performance.
