Location: Puttenham Hill House Care Home, Off Hog's Back, Puttenham, Guildford, GU3 1AH
Salary: Up to £55,473 per annum (Depending on experience) + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend/night visits as required)

We are partnering with Puttenham Hill House (part of Bupa) to find a driven and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care, manage effective rotas, and provide daily guidance to ensure residents experience person-centred care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing and assisting with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, ensuring accurate care plans and medication records.
Managing efficient rotas to guarantee that correct staffing levels are consistently maintained.
Drawing on your clinical expertise to provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and effective delegation to the nursing team.
Building lasting, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and local healthcare partners to raise the home's community profile.
What We’re Looking For
A valid NMC pin with a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
A solid understanding of the benefits of quality nursing care, with up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize a busy clinical workload.
A natural, compassionate leadership style with strong communication skills and a passion for driving outstanding customer service.
