About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and approachable Customer Assistant - Service for their Lutterworth store. In this customer-facing role, you will be the welcoming face at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks, helping shoppers with their purchases and making sure every customer leaves feeling valued and looked after.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet shoppers warmly, process transactions smoothly, and provide a brilliant service with a smile.

• Front-End Support: Assist customers across checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Receive training to support other departments, such as Market Street or Replenishment, helping out wherever you are needed most.

• Process Adherence: Use equipment safely and follow established guidelines to maintain an organized and efficient service area.

• Age Requirement: Must be over the legal school-leaver age (with certain roles requiring applicants to be 18+ due to health and safety guidelines).
