About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Worker for Chesham Supported Living. In this rewarding role, you will make a real difference every day by helping residents with daily routines, personal care, and light household duties. More than that, you will provide genuine companionship and join in with a vast array of fun activities, helping residents lead happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Support: Assist residents with personal care routines, daily tasks, and independent living skills with dignity and respect.
Companionship & Activities: Engage residents in fun activities, hobbies, and meaningful social interactions to brighten their days.
Household Duties: Carry out light household tasks to keep living spaces clean and tidy, involving residents wherever appropriate.
Positive Role Model: Foster a warm, safe, and encouraging environment, communicating effectively to build strong, trusting relationships.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Ideally holding (or willing to work towards) an NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support standards.
Personality: A positive role model with a natural ability to connect with others, showing patience, warmth, and empathy.
Attitude: Eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and ready to excel in a supportive, rewarding environment.
