In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors across the wet side facilities. You will deliver attentiveness poolside while providing excellent customer service to foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Role Description

As a Lifeguard, you will actively supervise the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room areas to ensure full compliance with safety standards and prevent accidents. By maintaining high standards of vigilance and customer care, you will ensure members feel supported and secure during their visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor wet side facilities attentively to maintain safety guidelines and respond swiftly to any emergencies.

• Welcome and assist members, creating a friendly, professional, and relaxed environment.

• Ensure strict adherence to Pool Safety Guidelines and maintain continuous training records.

Requirements

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or recognized equivalent with up-to-date training records.

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and safety.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
