Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for a bank contract at Sutton Lodge Care Home in Weybridge.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with a wide range of needs, ranging from meaningful companionship to personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting resident behaviors, ensuring any changes are reported accurately in line with required legislation.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and helping residents eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Providing vital physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintaining accurate, compliant care documentation in line with regulatory and legal standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
High motivation, a positive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities with the confidence to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or holding a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
