Working as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will help create a safe, supportive environment at Lanercost House. You will rely on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, administer medicine safely, and deliver clinical excellence across flexible day or night shifts.
Oversee and deliver comprehensive nursing care addressing residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
Make critical clinical decisions and exercise full professional autonomy.
Create and update tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medication safely and maintain compliance with clinical best practices.
Provide flexible cover for shifts as and when needed across the home.
Valid, active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary clinical practices and elderly care.
Proven experience producing robust care plans and managing clinical risk assessments.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A compassionate, person-centred, and thoughtful approach to nursing.
