Hospitality (Day)

As a Hospitality Assistant (Day), you will oversee dining room setup, meal service, and area upkeep. Working collaboratively with kitchen and care teams, you will serve meals attentively, maintain continuous hydration options, and foster a welcoming, pleasant environment for all residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport prepared meals from the kitchen to dining spaces and serve residents with a friendly, caring approach.

• Set up dining tables, maintain clean and hygienic service stations, and clear areas efficiently between meal times.

• Ensure refreshments are consistently available throughout the day for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Warm, caring nature with strong communication and customer service skills (hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience is preferred).

• Self-motivated and flexible team player capable of working independently to meet resident preferences.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Poynton, UK.
