We are partnering with Encirc (part of the Vidrala group) to find a skilled, internal Mouldshop Supervisor for their Engineering team at the Elton site. Role Overview

Reporting to the Mouldshop Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the Mouldshop. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the Mouldshop team, managing attendance, performance, and labor planning.

• Health & Safety: Drive a robust Health & Safety culture, overseeing safe systems of work, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

• Operations & Planning: Plan and prioritize workload to meet production demand; oversee mould equipment, job-on/job-off processes, traceability, and equipment lifespan.

• Stock & Resource Management: Manage stock, spare parts, suppliers, and Mouldshop expenditure.

• Quality & Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams to manage quality, lead investigations, and resolve non-conformances.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities, control costs, and maintain seamless communication and handovers.

Qualifications & Experience Needed

• 5+ years of experience working within a Mouldshop in the glass manufacturing industry.

• Proven background in a high-speed manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety systems, compliance, and procedures.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word).
