About the Role
As a Permanent Registered Nurse at Paternoster House Care Centre, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional, high-quality care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental healthcare needs.
Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring clinical excellence across everything you do.
Enjoying professional freedom and autonomy to practice the right way while being truly valued and respected.
What We Are Looking For
To join us as a Registered Nurse, you must possess:
Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
