Location: Woodley House, 64 Rabans Close, Aylesbury, HP19 8RS (Hybrid working: 2 full days per week at the Aylesbury office)
Pay Rate / Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our leading not-for-profit care provider network to recruit a talented Senior Buyer / Category Manager for our procurement team. Specialising in relationship-centred care across nursing, residential, and independent living homes, our charity ensures that every penny of revenue goes straight back into supporting our residents and employees.
As our new Category Manager, you will lead the delivery of our procurement strategy specifically for our IT, Marketing, and HR categories. Partnering with key internal stakeholders, you will research, plan, and deliver solutions that drive innovation, achieve cost efficiencies, and maximise ROI while supporting significant investments in our estate and technology roadmap.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Knowledge: A strong understanding of the IT, Marketing, and HR categories, allowing you to predict emerging trends, leverage existing supplier networks, and keep negotiations competitive.
Qualifications & Skills: Ideally degree-educated and CIPS qualified, with first-rate commercial negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical/numerical skills.
Personality & Attitude: A fast-paced, adaptable professional with a collaborative, "can-do" attitude who can successfully juggle multiple transformation projects.
