Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, positive, and motivated Care Assistant to join our day team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of making a real difference, delivering person-centred care that honours choice, supports independence, and helps residents live a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to specialised personal care.
Observe, manage, and record residents' behavior and wellbeing, maintaining accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink according to individual care plans.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A naturally caring, motivated, and positive disposition with great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification (though full training and support are provided).
